Imagine a world where the present moment is painted across a distant memory.  This is the world of Grigore Rudnitski, a painter from the DC metro area who utilizes two forms of medium.  His art starts out with a photo, primarily of ships, and is painted over with abstract stokes and color.  Photography is an interesting art medium, due to the fact it fosters many interpretations, depending on the perspective it’s depicted by.  Grigore takes the initiative and shows us what he’s experiencing and gives each scene an entirely new meaning.
